After the excellent 2015 racing season, ended with the Manufacturers championship win, KIA Racing works team has confirmed Hexathron Racing Systems as main technical partner for 2016 China Touring Car Championship. The engineering company directed by Marco Calovolo has already started the work on the new KIA K3, the car that replaces the K3s version used last season, the car made its debut last week in Guangdong under the supervision of engineers Calovolo and Turrata, which will follow the team during the season together two other members of Hexathron Racing Systems staff. In addition to the support on racetracks, the italian engineering company will develop the KIA K3 in all its features aiming to conquer both championship titles (drivers and manufacturers) in the CTCC.

The first of the eight rounds of 2016 China Touring Car Championship is scheduled for May 22nd at the Jiangsu Wanchi International Circuit.
